Azores 1876, envelope from Horta to Roxbury, Mass., via Lisbon (4.4), London (4.10) and New York (4.28), bearing 1871-75 “Açores” overprint on 5 reis, 10 reis, 20 reis with 1875 overprinted (type B) 15 reis (Scott 21-23, 33), canceled “42” in oval bars, with “Horta” origin c.d.s. adjacent, the 20 reis has pulled perforation at foot, peripheral cover tears and minor mends, Very Fine and appealing four color franking., ex D.
