São Tomé and Príncipe, 1913 – D. Carlos I, Mouchon type. Stamp from 1903, with “REPUBLICA” zinc overprint engraved locally. MF#172, 130 reis, brown without yellow, lightly dotted paper, 11 ¾ notch. New stamp, without gum and with hinge, without defects or repairs, good color and with INVERTED OVERPRINT. Not catalogued.
