Angola, 1919 – D. Carlos I, Mouchon type. With overprint and surcharge, typeset locally. MF#192, ½ cs/ 75 reis, brown-violet, lightly dotted paper, 11 ¾ notch. Block with 8 new stamps, with original hingeless gum, without defects or repairs, in good colour, with a “short fraction line on the 7th stamp, with the “CA” of “REPUBLICA” raised on the 4th stamp and with the “A” of “REPUBLICA” raised on the 8th stamp.
