29 July 1824 - Letter from RS (Royal Service) sent by the District Ombudsman to the Ordinary Judge of Couto de Ronfe.  Sent registered, with Segura/LIXA LXA-S2 postmarks (rar 8), it is exempt from fees as it is official service correspondence.
