Portugal Pre-philately. Circular letter, sent by mail from Lisbon on 18 October 1851, to Cadiz, notifying the recipient that he has a letter in the letters office of the General Post Office in Lisbon, and that he must pay 185 reis, so that it can be sent to him. Ex. A. Caravela.
