Horizontal strip of 3 stamps of Mf#219a, 2 reis s/ 4 Tg. blue s/ blue, blue paper, perforation 11 3/4 with surcharge A; The 2nd stamp lacks the vertical perforation and the 3rd stamp has the larger ”E” variety of ”Reis”. New copies without gum as issued, with no sign of hinge, without repairs, with slight oxide outcrops and a short tooth on the 1st stamp, with good color.
