Cape Verde, 1912 – D. Carlos I, Diogo Neto type, with surcharge. MF#66, 115 s/ 150 reis, carmine s/ pink, porcelain paper, perforation 11 ¾. New copy, with original gum and hinge, without repairs, with a very slight transparency on the back, with good colour and relief, and with the OVERCHARGE VERY DISPLACED, with part on the left edge and the other part on the right edge. MB and MR. Not catalogued.
