Mozambique. Registered letter from the Red Cross of Lourenço Marques, dated June 9, 1947, destined for the Red Cross of Lisbon, where it was received on June 16. Postage of 8$60, made with Lusiadas stamps (on the back, 17 stamps of 20 cent, 11 of 30 cent), 2 of 50 cent one of 40 and one of 45, and a stamp from the Colonial Empire of 5 centavos. Postage due to the lack of high-value stamps in Lourenço Marques.
