Carlos I Mouchon, with “REPUBLICA” overprint from the Mint and typographically overprinted locally. Postcard circulated by the Railway Ambulance Luanda / Ambaca II (06.09.12) to England, with transit through Luanda (07.09.12) with stamps of 5 réis orange, MF89, 5 réis black, MF104 and 5 réis s/ 15 réis, MF114, insufficient to pay the postage of a postcard abroad (20 réis), according to the postage rates of the Notice of 26.10.1907 of the Superior Post Office Department, published in the Official Bulletin of Angola No. 45 of 09.11.1907.
