Congo 1914 – D. Carlos I Mouchon. 1902 stamps (PROVISIONAL), with "REPUBLICA" overprint locally typeset. MF122, 75 réis, carmine, lightly dotted paper, perforation 11 ¾. Block of 20 stamps (4x5), lower part of the sheet, new, without gum, no defects or repairs, with good color and with "CA" of "REPUBLICA" moved up on the 12th stamp and "A" of "REPUBLICA" moved up on the 16th stamp. Uncatalogued varieties. These varieties occur in all values with the "REPUBLICA" local overprint of Angola and Congo and are recurrent in the same positions.
