Cape Verde 1898-1901 – D. Carlos I, Mouchon type. 12 stamps Mf#37-46+50-51, from 2.5 to 100 + 500 and 700 reis, on smooth to lightly dotted paper, perforated 11 3/4. New examples, stuck to paper strips, with good color and with oblique and violet "SPECIMEN" overprint, applied by postal authorities of Bechuanaland on the stamps received from the Universal Postal Union for the albums of Postal Administrations. B and MR.
