Cape Verde * 1913 – D. Carlos I, Diogo Neto type. 1902 overprinted stamps with “REPUBLICA” overprint, locally typed. ISSUED BUT NOT CIRCULATED. MF NC1 + MF NC1a, 115 réis w/o 150 réis, carmine w/o pink, perforation 11 ¾. Lot with two new stamps, one of them normal with original gum and hinge, without repairs and with transparency and the other without gum, without defects or repairs, in good colour, with the variety “REPUBLIC A”.
