Letter from Paris, dated 19.7.1850, arrived in Lisbon on 29.7, postage 720 reis for a letter from Spain, cancelled with FRANCA, as it was addressed to a peer of the Kingdom. Mark of Law of 20/4, (LSB Ley 2 rar3) worth 35 reis. If the postage was cancelled, the Law must have been too.
