Portuguese India two used 3 reis CM stationery cards (OM 11), posted in 1903 and 1911. The 1903 card is from Nova-Goa to Bombay with message in English. Postmarks include “Nova-Goa” and two partial “Bombay” receiving CDSs. The 1911 card was domestically used from Margao to Mormugao. Message in Portuguese. “Margao” ties the indicium. The cards highlight different shades of blue.
