N143027/249263 - Swiss mechanism, manual winding, 21 lignes movement, white dial with chronometro subsidiary dial at 6 oʼclock position. 18k gold case with painted Roman numerals on white dial, gold spade hands for hour & minute. Finely chased gold back case with a fluted integrated winding gold key and gold loop. Dial & movement signed. From the late 19th century right until the mid-20th century one-third of Patek Philippeʼs entire production was sold through the Brazilian retailer Gondolo & Labouriau. These watches are now known as Gondolo watches and represent some of the most coveted Patek Philippe watches ever made. Originally sold to exclusive members of the ultimate watch collecting club, the Gondolo Gang.
