Made: Made of Hand forged steel , hand hammered & hand chiseled , copper plated. The set bears an elaborate chiseled engraving over its entire surface with floral & creeper design. Similar helmet & mask Worn by soldiers back to the Crimean Tatar era of the late 16th. Century. Near to Similar mask is featured at the front cover page of the book ' THE ARTS OF THE MUSLIM KNIGHT ” and details in the book at the page number 336 (but without helmet )Surface : The set bears an elaborate chiseled engraving over its entire surface with floral & creeper design. The mask's forehead and skull of helmet has hand engraved Arabic calligraphy which makes this helmet & mask very rare and unique. Has top spike . Inside of set has cloth cushion. The lower side of face is veiled instead of mustache and mouth.Measurement: It measures 21 inches high. This would be fine addition to your collection, fine gift or wall decoration. Age : Not known.
