Made : Made of hand forged steel, hand hammered and hand chiseled. . Shield & Hand Guards set : Large size , measuring 19 inches in diameter, convex & circular form. Studded with 8 daggers and & three way Trident with engraving of design , the shield bears an elaborate chiseled engraving over its surface with warriors on horse& floral and creeper design. Four domed bosses chiseled with flower motifs connecting hooks at back. The inside of the shield and hand guards bears cloth cushion with 2 handles to hold. This makes this set adding dramatic detailing to this incredible piece of armor. An interesting set showing the influence of other culture circa Qajar period 18th.-19th.century Condition: Good age related wear
