Japanese Occupation of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Slash Variety 3 sen – on KGVI Half Anna overprinted stamp. Featured in Morikawa Tamaki’s articles as Figure 7 and from his collection. This stamp is considered to originate from the first overprinting which was done as /.3 but later the ‘/’ was removed. Magnificent condition with large part original gum and hinge remnant. Major Rarity with Variety and impeccable provenance.
