Bidspirit auction | Red Diamond of Dots cancellation

Red Diamond of Dots cancellation on Half anna Blue – superb example of SG#6 with all round margins cancelled by rare cancel. From the collection of Michael Caswell. Jal Cooper valued a red cancel at 8 times the price of a regular used stamp and this one has great margins. Displays part of central watermark and hence very desirable for sheet reconstruction.
