Specimen SG#65 Eight annas on elephant watermark Die I – Specimen on the rarest stamp of DLR issues of QV. Certified by RPSL but they could not identify the source. The Specimen overprint is very slightly smaller than Marcus Samuel Type 7. A rather lazy certification that also says heavily hinged and no gum while large part original gum is clearly visible. Possibly a new discovery of Specimen overprint on SG#65. Rare.
