10 annas rated 1854 and East India franking rarity
two annas 1854 issue along with East India 8 anna stamp tied by Type 7/B/1 of Calcutta. Sent in May 1857 when India was in the throes of the First War of Independence/Mutiny. Transit and forwarding agent strikes on reverse. Very Scarce.
