Postage Prepaid Greeting Envelopes 24 different - lot includes 22 different envelopes with rate, without rate stamped Specimen and greeting card plus 2 different envelopes with Specimen handstamp are present. These prepaid postage greeting envelopes and cards were issued and developed by India Post in 2000. However, while creating Specimen envelopes, a whole design without value was created. These specimen sets were sent to advertisements agencies and printers. These are extremely scarce, couple of sets are known first day cancelled from New Delhi bureau. Rare.
