Medal for Grand Cross Band, c. 1810-1828. OTE/GC3.2 variant. Gilded silver without enamel, with a domed center. Dimensions: 86x76 mm; Weight 41.7 g. A similar medal is described in Cadaval Inventories no. 248 of 1815, rubric 2, and no. 249 of 1820, rubric 6: “1 Grand Cross of the Order of the Tower and sword in gilded silver with a very convex center. It has etiquette” (book p. 185)
