Rare steel torture collar for SLAVE, PRISONER OR ANYONE who does anything wrong, by making this collar wear and lock prisoner was tied at place where maximum passers passes and was left alone, as result person will get torture all the more and ashamed for what he does wrong.He cannot even sleep properly since head cannot be straight.Collar opens from one side and has locking arrangement.I have also put one picture taken from net. This is hand made and was used for slaves or prisoners.Item has good patina.Size: fits well in normal man neck.
