SLAVE HANDCUFFS NECK COLLAR STEEL HAND MADE - Rare handcuffs with neck collar for enemy / slave transport or to tie. It has locking arrangement also. Such handcuffs were used to transport enemy or slaves from one place to other. Due to design of tie neck and hands at upper side slave could not run fast. This is hand forged with heavy steel.
