THIS TORTURE METHOD WAS USED FOR ENEMY TO TAKE OUT THERE SECRET ATTACK PLANS ETC.THIS MUST BE VERY PAINFUL SINCE HAS SPIKES ON PART (POINTING TOWARDS NOSE). BY TWISTING KNOB INNER PART SQUEEZE NOSE AND SPIKES DAMAGE ALL THE MORE. I have written best of my knowledge which I got from previous owner, still please see pictures carefully to judge age and use.Item has been restored, there may be rust when you receive item since rust can be seen at some places.Patina is good.
