Shame / torture half mask hand made of steel.
A piece at center plate goes into the mouth and hurt tongue restrict speech and cause pain.
This mask was use to make wear to person who does anything wrong and tie in public place where maximum passers could see him, would look goofy and the trick as it would be uncomfortable and unseemly but it is impossible to hide.
