1936 (29 Sept) Airmail crash cover carried by Imperial Airways "ATHENA" England - Australia with GB Great Britain KGV stamps to New Zealand. Athena caught fire whilst being refueled at Delhi. No injuries were received by the passengers or crew but the plane was completely destroyed by the fire. A small part of the mail was recovered, the cover from England to New Zealand with pink cachet "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION AT AUCKLAND"
